Privacy policy

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and links to your listings.
• What you ask us in the contact form, the chat bubble and the fee calculator.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's page. We do not see or keep your card number. Stripe tells us that a payment happened, and for how much.
• The assets you send us for your website, such as photos and tool access.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and to build and run your website.
• To take payments and send receipts.
• To keep the site safe and to stop spam.

We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services we use to run Launch VRO: Stripe for payments, our email provider, and our hosting provider. They only get what they need to do their job. We may also share details when the law requires it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy for the few technical ones.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are a client and for as long as the law asks us to keep records. If you only asked a question, we keep it as long as it is useful for that question.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop emails from us, at any time. Email us and we will do it, unless the law says we must keep something.
