Terms of service

What we do

Launch VRO builds a booking website for your vacation rentals, connects it to your booking tool, and can set up and run Launch AI and other services in your plan. You own your domain, your content and your guest list.

What you pay

Setup is a one-time fee that depends on your plan. It is paid in 2 equal installments.

• The first installment is paid when you order, on Stripe's payment page.
• The second installment is charged after we finish your website with you on the handover call, just before it goes live.

A monthly plan is optional. It is ongoing support and maintenance, and it starts only when your website is live. It is billed every 3 months or once a year, as you choose. Yearly costs 20% less per month.

Prices are in US dollars. Tools such as PriceLabs, guest screening and your payment company bill you directly.

Your card and the second installment

When you pay the first installment, you allow Launch VRO to keep your card with Stripe and to charge the second installment of your setup fee to it, as described above. We do not see or keep your card number. Stripe does.

If the second charge fails, we will contact you to use another card. You can withdraw this permission before the second charge by writing to us, but the second installment is still owed.

Delivery in 7 working days

Your website is ready in 7 working days after you have given us everything we asked for and have had the optional call with us, or skipped it. Everything means your photos, videos and 3D views, your content, and access to the tools we connect.

• Working days are Monday to Friday.
• The 7 working days do not start, and they pause, while we wait for what we asked for.
• The optional call is for you to tell us about your issues and challenges. You can skip it, and skipping it does not hold up your 7 working days.
• When your website is built, you join the handover call. You can reschedule it as many times as you like.
• If you gave us everything and had or skipped the optional call, and your website is still not complete after 7 working days, your website is free. We refund the setup installments you paid.
• If we are still waiting on you, we cannot promise the date.

Hosting

Your setup includes 1 year of hosting. Hosting stays free for as long as you have a monthly plan. After the first year, without a monthly plan, we will tell you the options before anything changes.

Leaving

After your monthly plan's term (3 months or 1 year), give us 30 days' notice to cancel. When you leave, we hand over your domain, content and guest list.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use the photos, text and other material you give us. You are responsible for your bookings, your guests, your local rules and your taxes. Launch AI can make mistakes, and it asks you when something is unusual.

Limits

We do our work with care, but we cannot promise a number of bookings or a result. A website alone does not bring guests. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page. Changes do not apply to an order you have already paid for.
